Is there free parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available exclusively for hotel residents.

Is there is a taxi service from the hotel? How long does it take to Corfu town and what is the price?

Taxi transfers are available at the extra cost of 40€, covering a distance of 17km to Corfu Town. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

Is there a doctor on-site?

For those needing urgent medical attention, we offer a doctor on-call service. Please note that the cost of medical services is the guest’s responsibility.

How do I access the beach?

Beach access is conveniently located via the main road from our adults only beach resort in Corfu

Are the pools heated?

No, our pools are not heated.

Is the beach private for guests?

While the beach is not private, only hotel guests can use the sunbeds and umbrellas provided.

Do I need to make restaurant reservations in advance?

Yes, reservations are required for dining at Apaggio, our à la carte fine dining restaurant, and when using the Dine Around allowance for MarBella’s next door, à la carte restaurants.

What activities are available at the resort?

Guests can indulge in wine tasting, yoga, spa treatments, and various other activities organized by Mar-Bella Collection.

Can I pre-book Early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability unless an additional night is booked.

Can I visit the resort for the day? Do you accept outside visitors?

Yes, non-residents can enjoy the resort with a 50€ day pass, plus additional charges based on consumption. Note that checking availability directy with the hotel is required prior your arrival. For dining at Apaggio, no day pass is needed; charges are based on consumption, and a reservation is required.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accommodate one pet per pet-friendly designed suite, with a weight limit of 8kg. Additional terms and conditions apply.

Are the rooms equipped with Queen or King Size Beds?

Our rooms feature luxurious King Size Beds (180 cm × 200 cm).

Do the rooms have open-plan bathrooms?

Yes, all our rooms come with stylish open-plan bathrooms.

Do the balconies offer privacy?

The balconies do not provide complete privacy.

Can you provide anything special for anniversaries, birthdays, or honeymoons?
