What is included in the Premium All Inclusive package?
Our Premium All Inclusive offering covers everything you might need during your stay from accommodation, dining and drinks to daily activities and evening entertainment for all the family.
What activities are provided by the hotel?
Elix together with Explore the Outside offer a great program allowing you to explore the local area including Hiking and biking, sailing, water sports, boat rental, excursions, fitness & wellbeing programs and Kids Day Activities. Take your pick from a huge range of options running throughout the day to suit all ages and abilities by checking the daily program on our Mar~Bella Collection Greece App.
Are the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge?
Elix provides sunbeds, umbrellas, beach towels, changing cabins as well as toilets & showers which are free of charge for our guests. You will also enjoy the beachside service from our Beach Bar & Restaurant Azure.
What are the opening times for the Kids Club?
The Kids Club at Elix, one of the top luxury family hotels in Parga, operates from Monday to Saturday with the following schedule:
- Morning Session: 10:00 – 13:00 (Complimentary)
- Lunch Session: 13:00 – 15:00 (25 euros, food not included)
- Afternoon Session: 15:00 – 18:00 (Complimentary)
How do we pre-book the Kids Club?
Pre-booking can be done via the Mar-Bella Collection Greece App starting 14 days before your arrival, or through the booking page on the Worldwide Kids website.
What activities are available for kids and teen?
Our teen and kids club experts organize lots of fun games and creative activities, including football, tennis, robotics, pottery, and more.
These are enjoyable individual activities available alongside other exciting options, ensuring something for every interest.
Please note that football and tennis are part of a variety of activities, not stand-alone camps.

Is there a kid's playground?
Yes, there is a playground accessible via stairs.
What are the baby amenities Elix offers?

Do we need to pre-book the restaurants?
Yes, we pre-book all entitled dinners to ensure availability. You can contact the dining desk for special requests regarding times or dates.
Is there free parking available?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking.
How is the access to the beach?
Guests can reach the beach by crossing the path (with steps) or using the funicular. Note that the funicular does not go all the way to the beach; there are still 40 steps to navigate from the last stop to the beach.
Is the beach private to guests?
While the beach is not private, only hotel guests can use the sunbeds and umbrellas provided.
Are the pools heated?
- Room pools are not heated at Elix, one of the luxury hotels with private pools in Parga.
- The main pool is maintained at an improved temperature of around 25 degrees.
- The kids’ pool is heated.
I am booked my Premium All Inclusive package- how many a la carte meals I am entitled to?
For a 7-night stay, 4 a la carte dinners are included. Entitlements vary depending on the length of your stay.
Are babysitting services available in the evenings?
Yes, evening babysitters are available from 18:30, Monday to Saturday. Babysitting can be booked via email or the online booking platform of Worldwide Kids.
Do you have a kid's pool for babies/toddlers?
Yes, we have a heated pool for babies and toddlers.
Are there any splash pool elements like slides or fountains?
No, there are no splash pool elements.
Can I pre-book late check-in or late check-out?
You have to directly contact the hotel front office team at reception.elix@marbella.gr for late check-in requests. Late check-out requests can be noted, but confirmation is provided on the day of departure.
Can I visit for the day, or do you accept outside visitors?
No, we do not accept outside visitors.
Are your rooms equipped with Queen or King Size Beds?
Our rooms feature King Size Beds.
Do your rooms have open-plan bathrooms?
Some of the rooms at Elix have open-plan bathrooms, depending on the room type.
Do your balconies offer privacy?
No, the balconies at Elix do not offer complete privacy.
Can I receive something special for my anniversary/birthday during my stay?
Yes, a freshly baked cake from our pastry chef can be arranged for special occasions.
