What are the requirements for becoming a member ?

• Anyone who is above 18yrs old with a valid E-mail address can join MC Rewards

Can all the family members and friends sign up?

• The membership card is personal thus the points accrual system works only for the lead reservation member each time.

How can I register?

• You may join MC Rewards by signing up through our loyalty portal here. To identify you as a loyalty member, your loyalty profile e-mail address is required in order to be linked to your reservation

When should I sign up for MC Rewards?

• You may sign up for our loyalty programme at any time. We strongly advise you to do so prior a scheduled booking with us or during your stay in order for the membership points of your full stay to be accrued to your profile after check-out.

Can I sign up if I have made a booking through a travel partner or tour operator?

• All guests can join the MC Rewards programme. If you have made a reservation through a travel partner or third party portal we do require to contact us prior to your registration at mcrewards@marbella.gr in order to connect your loyalty email address with your reservation.

Validity of your Membership

• Memberships without any Mar-Bella Collection hotel stays within a period of five (5) consecutive years will be deactivated.

I am already a Signature Life guest with a booked stay. Will my benefits be cumulative with the MC Rewards benefits?  

• Even though the tier points will be regularly credited to your membership account, Signature Life benefits will NOT be cumulative with MC Rewards benefits. You need to let know our team whether you prefer to you use your Signature Life benefits or the Loyalty benefits upon arrival or by contacting us at mcrewards@marbella.gr    

I have booked through a travel agent and just registered in MC Rewards. How can I find how many points I can collect after check out?

• The points you are entitled to collect as an MC Rewards member are available here.

I am staying in the same room with another member of the program. Can we both collect points?

• No. Only one member can collect the accommodation points and by default the lead name of the reservation.

I will have 120K points during my current visit. Will I receive the Sapphire card during this stay?

• Points are credited to your account after departure, so you will enjoy the Sapphire card benefits from your future stay.

I have visited the hotels in the past; can I collect points for my previous stays when I was not a member?

• No, your account cannot be updated with points for stays that took place prior to your registration.

When will my points be credited to my account?

• Your account will be updated within 14 days after your departure.
