Aerial Yoga

Not far away from the hotel, Stroggyli Running Track is an easy running track suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The track starts and ends at the village Stroggyli, running through the quiet and beautiful fields of Stroggyli. You will absolutely love this place!
Specialized Training for Runners
Our Running Coach will lead a runner’s specific training session in the gym. Will demonstrate specialised exercises to strengthen muscle groups for distance running and different exercise routines to improve elasticity and improve leg movement. Guests will also be able to work on the running routine on a treadmill and get inducted to interval training.
